Dean Waters
LOGISTICS
Dean is a sophomore and a prospective International Relations and Chinese Studies Double major. Growing up abroad due to family in the foreign service, Dean has lived parts of his life in China, Nigeria, and Chile, among others. At William and Mary, he is most involved in moot court, AASI, and the Russian Music Ensemble, where he plays piano. Having been trained in classical piano, he now nurtures his skills by playing ragtime, jazz, and his own blues derivative styles. As a discerning individual with a mind for planning, Dean enjoys his role as the logistics chair for TEDxWilliamandMary, where he works to ensure the functionality of the event. Before he graduates college, Dean aspires to ride every elevator on campus, become a TA for the Chinese language department, and have a building named after him.
